Suzuki Busa 81mm Pistons Supercharger Type 1299cc

We have designed some high specification pistons for our superchargered hayabusa applications, the piston has been significantly re-inforced to cope with higher pressures & rpm. We are maintaining the standard 81mm bore as we feel this is the strongest for this application. We've increased the pocket diameters that will allow for +1mm valves.

We have developed a supercharger kit especially for the Suzuki Hayabusa 1300cc engine (currently up to 2007 engines). We used a completely standard engine with no modifications, apart from up-rated clutch springs to cope with the extra torque. The main aim of the system is to produce a package that could be simply bolted on with the minimum amount of work. We are extremely pleased with the results of 318bhp/162lbft torque, which were achieved on DTW Engines dyno.
