Question: I want to put throttle bodies & cams in a Calibra 2.0L 16v, will they fit under the bonnet or catch on the brake master cylinder?

Answer: The throttle body kit MT196 will fit without fouling the brake master cylinder. However you will have to move the brake pipes coming out of the master cylinder using the brake mod kit supplied.
