Standard Fuel Injection Wiring Harness
These
have been specially designed to be as neat as possible and to cover as
many applications as possible. These wiring looms are kept on the shelf
with a selection of coil adaptors which will allow you to fit to a range
of ignition coils or by using our coil (COIL-4). Our range of front wheel
drive harnesses fits most models of Vauxhalls and adaptations can be made
to allow these harnesses to suit other manufacturers e.g. Ford. For other
manufacturers adaptor harnesses may be required, please contact us to
discuss your requirements.

If you wish to have a Loom custom made to fit your own car. When you order one we will send you a drawing of a loom for you to look over & since we have produced looms for a lot the popular car we may well have drawing to suit your needs. If we have not produced one for your make of car before we will send you a drawing for a car with a similar engine bay layout. For example if you own an Escort MK2 we may have a design done for a Vauxhall Chevette & since the engine bays are very similar this could be used to give you a good idea of what is required & you could even use it to base your new drawing. Don't worry it's not as bad as it sounds, you don't have to know anything about wiring at all just where on the car you wish to fit the components such as the ECU, Coil sensors. We will give you as much help as possible with your design & inspect your drawing to make sure everything looks OK before we have it made. If you would like to us to design the loom for you this is possible but we would need to inspect your car, this could take several hours, which would be charged at our normal hourly rate. The looms are made in 2 basic types either what is called Versa Fit with this type of loom we use a very high grade of wire encased in heat shrink tube, all the sockets are labelled to ensure they are correctly installed. The other type is Raychem, these looms are made to military specification using special boots & screw together connectors with about the highest grade of wire & heat shrink covering money can buy these can only be quoted after a full drawing has been done. All our looms are made with the lambda sensor wires built in so lambda can be added if required at a later date.
