Weekend at Curborough 23 & 24 June 2007

Motorsport were at the Westfield Weekend at Curborough Track for both
days of the event. Our 2.0L
Duratec powered Westfield
was competing with Dick Hulbert & Carole Torkington sharing the
drive. SBD's Steve Broughton was sharing Peter
Hayter's XE powered Westfield,
it's developmental engine produces 292bhp & 197lbft torque.

We took our Hayabusa display engine, along with various Duratec Parts. There was also our display board showing the latest MBE ECU management systems, MBE992, MBE998 & MBE995 display. |

Mark Anson is currently running an MBE956 management system with direct to head throttle bodies & our 2.0L XE Stainless steel exhaust manifold on his Westfield. 3rd in Class - 35.14 seconds |

Matt Hillam in his 2.0L VX powered Westfield. He has our 225+ bhp Taper throttle body kit with Omega pistons. 2nd in Class - 34.20 seconds. |

Richard Carroll was 2nd in Class - 30.79 seconds breaking the class record in his 2.0L VX powered Westfield (ex Mark Smith). The engine produces 260+ bhp, to read the technical specification see Mark's details. |
